The main living room features comfortable seating, a TV, gorgeous ocean views, and access to the screened-in porch and deck. There is also a cozy secondary living area off the kitchen with a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cream cabinets, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze. Enjoy meals and snacks in the adjacent dining room or the breakfast bar.

Ascend the stairs to find the primary bedroom. This bedroom has panoramic ocean views from its private deck, a king-sized bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Back on the main floor, you will find two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The first is a colorful bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the screened porch.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
