Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This lovely Kiawah Island vacation rental has been attractively decorated. The two story townhouse layout features an open living space on the main level, two bedrooms with bathrooms on the second level, and relaxing lagoon views.

Just a minute from the beach, the villa offers the convenience of staying on the beach without paying oceanfront rates. The villa greets you with hardwood floors, a coastal color palette, and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite countertops, beautiful backsplash, and everything needed to cook a meal while on vacation. The dining area offers a table with seating for six and connects the kitchen and living room. The living room features plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat, and chair as well as flat-screen TV. The back deck, accessible from the living room, provides chairs for taking in the island splendor. A powder room off the foyer completes the main level. Ascend the stairs to the two bedrooms. The first cozy bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with a full pull-out trundle, TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The villa is furnished with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We all had a great time while staying here. The place was just as described and pictured. It's a short walk to the beach, and there are tons of bike paths to ride/walk throughout the entire island. The beds were comfortable and the property well stocked. Would stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was skeptical at first about the 'very short walk' to the beach, but it's true! If you've never been, Kiawah Island is an interesting place. There are a lot of beach access points that anyone can use on the island. This condo is located approximately a street and small parking lot away from a couple of different points, including one for bikes! This was perfect for our family of five! There are bunk beds and a trundle bed in the second bedroom, and a very large bed (might have been a king size? Or a very large queen) in the second bedroom. Each has it's own bathroom with a shower, and there is half bath downstairs. The kitchen is very-well stocked--we cooked every night but one for the week we stayed there. There are large and small pots and plenty of them. The dishwasher was a 1/2 size dishwasher, so we ended up using it a lot, but it works very well for it's small size. We also really enjoyed the $250 rental credit--we used it to rent bikes, which I can't recommend enough. We used them almost every day, and the island is very bike-friendly, with paths that lead to almost every point on the island. The island itself is like biking through a giant Disney property, as pretty much every square inch of it is perfectly manicured. It's impressively well-kept, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever ridden a bike. Overall I can't recommend this condo enough--it was perfect for us!

wonderful expereince

My wife and I rented property at 4361 windswept Villas through Akers Ellis Agency. We spent almost 7 weeks in this property from Mid February 2021 through April 1.
