Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This 2-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental is beautifully updated, has a coastal theme, and is only a convenient 5-minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering this first-floor villa, you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space to prepare meals during your stay plus, barstool seating for 2. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with table and seating and has convenient access to the breezy screened porch.

A comfortable sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and a mounted flat screen TV make the living room a great place for entertaining family and friends. Sliding glass doors open up to the large screened porch with seating for 4 and views of the tennis courts.

The comfortable master suite features a king-sized bed and has easy access to the screened porch. The large, private bathroom features double sinks and a bathtub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, a flat screen TV, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless Internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 6.

Overall a great location close to the beach . Check in and out was a piece of cale. Love the secure key on the outside. We called Akers Elis twice after 6 pm and they were very responsive to our needs. The last 2 days there the renters above us were noisy so we know not to rent a first floor villa again. Bike and beach rental equipment was a real plus! We loved exploring the island on the rental bikes and the cart to carry our beach equipment was extremely helpful.

Came for the Kiawah 1/2 marathon. Our unit was super convenient to the start/finish of the race in the Tennis Villas. 5 minute walk to the central market area. Unit was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great weekend getaway!

The vacation home was well represented. There was plenty of room, the rental was very clean, conveniently located to the tennis center and had plenty of kitchen utensils to cook the entire weekend. My family enjoyed the unit and we will stay here again!

Great Location

The villa was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The location was close to the beach .We enjoyed riding bikes and going to the beach daily. We took 2 excursions off the island, one to see Angel Oak and the second was to visit the Charleston Tea Garden.

Excellent stay

Everything was impeccable and clean, apartment is very well equipped. Meeting all expectations. Neighbors above were very noisy but that didn’t last very long. Our stay was perfect. Great company to work with, makes process super easy and they are very responsive too. Totally recommend them!

Nice getaway

Condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately our stay was during Hurricane Dorian and this company was very helpful and accommodating during the mandatory evacuation process. I even received a refund for our last night which was beyond my expectations. Great experience overall.

Kiawah 2019

Unit was very nice and clean. However, we were expecting to be on a lagoon and two weeks prior to leaving for our vacation we were informed a lagoon location was not going to be available. The unit itself was beautiful but our view was terrible because we had only tennis courts or parking lot to look it.

Tennis Club Villa. A nice rental--again

Beach Cottage

The condo/rental was great for my family of four. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The place didn't come with a hairdryer which I was a little surprised about. We went with other family members who stayed at a near by house, so we didn't use all the amenities around this facility. Though, we did go down to the beach, which is walking distance. The property itself is very quite. I would definitely recommend staying here!
