Katie Bell brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to property management at Akers Ellis. A graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Katie combines strong communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and client care.

She joined Akers Ellis in 2020, beginning as a Rental Coordinator, where she gained firsthand experience creating seamless vacation experiences for both guests and homeowners. In 2024, she transitioned into Property Management, where she now supports homeowners with proactive communication, organization, and a strong attention to detail. Her background in senior living further shaped her commitment to responsiveness and relationship-focused service.

Originally from outside Philadelphia, Katie moved to Johns Island in 2017 and quickly felt at home in the Lowcountry lifestyle. She values the sense of community, the natural beauty, and the opportunity to work closely with both homeowners and guests in one of the country’s most sought-after coastal destinations.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading thrillers, spending time on the beach with her husband, Kyle, and their son, Nolan, exploring local breweries, and staying active. She and Kyle share their home with two dogs and two cats, making life full and busy in the best way.
