Kelly Dellinger

Kelly Dellinger joined the Akers Ellis Real Estate team in 2025. Kelly combines a background in communications, entrepreneurship, and real estate to deliver exceptional service to her clients in Charleston, Kiawah Island, Mount Pleasant, and the surrounding coastal communities. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Belmont University in Nashville and went on to build an award-winning wedding planning company, honored among Belmont’s Top 100 Alumni Businesses. After a decade of success in the event industry, Kelly transitioned into commercial real estate in coastal South Carolina, where she developed strong market knowledge and negotiation skills.

In 2023, Kelly expanded her entrepreneurial portfolio by founding Palmetto Balloon Co., a creative event styling business highlighting her eye for detail and love of celebrations. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to helping others achieve their goals through planning milestone events or guiding them in real estate decisions.

Originally from Nashville, Kelly moved to Charleston in 2020 with her husband and daughters to pursue the Lowcountry lifestyle they had long envisioned. Now based in Mount Pleasant, she is active in the community through teaching barre classes at Barre South, leading Freedom small groups at Seacoast Church, and creating meaningful connections with neighbors and clients. She enjoys walking the beach, traveling with her family, entertaining, and spending time with her two dogs, Riggs and Biscuit.
