Susan Davidge-Zahn
A native New Yorker, Susan Davidge-Zahn became enamored with the Charleston area in the mid-1990’s while searching the eastern seaboard for a coastal home. She became a professional Realtor® in 2002 after relocating to Kiawah Island from Westport, CT, with her husband and daughter. Additionally, Susan has achieved several real estate certifications, including Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Resort Real Estate Specialist (RRS). She draws on her twenty years of business experience, primarily in Human Resources Management, and has held senior management positions with several Fortune 500 companies within the electronic information publishing industry. Susan joined the real estate team at Akers Ellis in 2018. As a Kiawah Island resident, she has in-depth knowledge of the market for primary, secondary, and investment properties as well as personal experience with the lifestyle and amenities offered on Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Islands. Susan enjoys gardening and the fine arts and is a member of Arts, etc., Ballet Evolution Guild, and the Kiawah Island Garden Club.
