- On Kiawah Island, there are a few participating restaurants that won’t disappoint. Dana Santerre, sales and rental coordinator, suggests The Atlantic Room located at The Ocean Course clubhouse. Not only will you have beautiful views of The Atlantic Ocean and the stunning golf course, diners will have amazing menu options offering fresh seasonal ingredients, delicious main courses with a modern American twist, and homemade desserts.

- A more casual option would be Red’s Ice House, located at Bohicket Marina on Seabrook Island. This traditional laid-back bar & grill offers a diverse seafood-focused menu. Dine in and enjoy the relaxing views as you watch the most remarkable sunsets in the Lowcountry, and you might even see some dolphins swimming through the creek.
One of the most popular areas to dine out is in historic downtown Charleston. With more than 60 different restaurants participating in Charleston Restaurant Week, it’s hard to narrow down the options! Kenley Pearce, rental coordinator, recommends Cypress, located on East Bay Street. This outstanding contemporary Lowcountry grille is offering a diverse and refined menu. In Kenley’s opinion, you must try the lobster bisque, ricotta gnocchi, and crisp wasabi tuna. The homemade desserts, especially the Mississippi Mud Cake, are phenomenal as well.- If you haven’t been to the other side of Charleston – the Town of Mount Pleasant – you will find several more fantastic dining options participating in the event. A local favorite and recommended by quite a few of our staff is Post House Inn. Set in a historic clapboard house, this elegant restaurant offers locally sourced, top-notch Lowcountry creative cuisine. What’s good on the menu? You can’t go wrong with any daily specials, such as the soup or local catch. They also offer half bottle wine pairings to go with your meal!

- Also partaking in Charleston Restaurant Week is a very popular coastal cantina called Mex 1, located in West Ashley. It offers a lively, hip, and casual atmosphere while serving flavorful Baja Mexican fare, fresh margaritas, and ice cold beer. Check out their menu and “drop in, chill out.” Dalton Pearce, property manager, states that he hasn’t had one item off the menu that wasn’t delicious!
