Karen Williams
Born and raised in Annandale, Virginia, Karen Williams graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Professional Sciences, majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration. After working for Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta and Grove Park Inn in Asheville, Karen stayed home to raise her family and regularly volunteered at her children's schools. Her family relocated from Asheville to Mount Pleasant in 2012, where she currently resides with her husband Jeff and their three children, two dogs, and cat. Karen earned her real estate license and joined Akers Ellis in 2019. Her family owns a Summer Wind cottage on Seabrook Island that generates rental income when they are not spending time there, and she is a member of the island's turtle patrol. In addition to enjoying family time on Seabrook, Karen enjoys going to the beach and traveling.
